If you are trying to reclaim charges, always take your complaint right to the Ombudsman stage, particularly if you are claiming back under £500 and having difficulty.
Why ? A case referred to the Ombudsman costs you the price of a stamp....
It costs the bank/card company £435.
This information comes directly from the Customer Relations team of a bank who pay out all claims under £500 at the moment as the referral will cost them anyway..... :T
