Never has any problems with xp sp2. Use it on 4 pcs at home and another mother in law has. Have a comobintion fo different hardware/software and so far no problems accept with my server using last nvidia driver but I assume it the drivers fault as the old one work fine.

I guess there will come a stage when MS XP updates will only work if you have SP2 installed?

I am one of the saps you refer to, yes it took a while to download SP2 into my computer but it only took seconds to delete, it's crap.My 1st Post, Anywhere on any forum ;D ;D
Be warned: those poor saps (hee Hee) with Dial-up will have to put some serious coal into the modem & build up steam, Its a staggering 270 Meg (ish) D/L.
