Payment query Help please

Not sure what's happened here
but It appears I have not had a email from Paypal for goods sold on ebay
Now according to my ebay summary all the items have the £ sign
Having checked my paypal account the money is showing as in (paid)
so why have I not have an email for the 2 separate items from paypal, is this a common occurrence
one other point the buyer requested to combine postage, this i was going to do, but she has now paid anyway
can anyone shed any light on why no receipt from paypal

Paypal had a fault that started on Friday with not sending out these email and item refunded emails. AFAIK it's not yet fixed. Paypal are working on the fix, I'm told.0
