Hi there
I bought my little girl a Creative Zen Mosaic MP3 for her birthday in November and I recently charged it and it wont switch back on???
I am hopeless at anything technical and assume I'm charging it correctly? I am connecting it to the computer with the adaptor cable they provided, the same one that you use to download the songs onto it? That is how you charge it isn't it??
I have a very unhappy 7 year old on my hands at the moment
Can anyone help please?
Many thanks
Karen

Any other suggestions?? anyone...... please.......0 -
It should have a reset button, a tiny hole that is pin size which you need to depress for a few seconds. It sounds like it has just crashed and this should start it again. You may lose some of the files, though.I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.

From the manual -
How do I reset my player?
If your player stops responding, gently push the end of a thin object (such as a pin or straightened paperclip) into the Reset hole. You can also use the tip of your earphone plug to reset the player.0 -
Ahh, thanks for that Dreamnine and Bluboy, I'll try that when I get home from work and let you know if it worked.
Thanks so much everyone :A
