Try this site: bytephoto.com, where the user "marcspictu" has posted some views of Oban taken with Premier DS-5080s and DS-3081s cameras. The camera name is only listed as "CAMERA", as Premier models don't seem to listed on the site

    Xueta, thanks also from me!

The photos are far bettter than I had expected from other comments I had seen although they did not seem to be taking into account the price of this camera.
  • Neither of these available in Bristol, just to save anyone the journey.
No 128 meg SD cards left either

Bought the 5.0 model today for 39.99, think it was the last one. Very neat little piece of kit. Thanks for the post.

I went in today to my local tesco to c if they had this camera in stock and the ticket label was £39.99 so they have put the price up from a day ago when it was £31.97

Personally prefer to use cameras with "standard size" barreries, so you can replace them easily either out when taking pics or when the rechargeable battery finally goes pop........ which they do!

Sorry to be thick but I cant see what kind of batteries this model uses - can you tell me please?

What is the quality of the picture like on yours????
I bought one of these online, for £49.99, gutted when I realised that they were cheaper in store, so immediately returned it and got a full refund in-store.

The picture quality on mine was very poor, all the reds were orange, blues were green etc etc., I did not bother buying another one at the reduced price.

I already have a 3 mega pixel camera, and the quality on that one is much better that that of the tesco's one.
    Regards

  • are they any good?
