ok, sorry another question!
Can I just spend any money I have coming in from now on? Sorry I know it sounds a stupid question but do I need to get permission from the OR?
I have applied for a co-op account, so once this is up and running, I can just use it as normal, pay bills, withdraw cash etc?
Sorry just don't want to put a step wrongBSC No: 2450 -

No you don't need to get permission from the OR - just carry on
Did you post your SOA here before for advice?

I realised how stupid that sounded after I posted it, can you imagine phoning the OR every time you had to spend money
" is it ok if I go to the corner shop for a loaf of bread?" lol
No I didn't post my SOA, I basically only recieve benefits and some child maintenance, left with about £70pm after essentials paid.. but I read somewhere that they don't take child benefit into account, is that true? If so then I am in a minus figure...BSC No: 2450 -

It's not stupid
As the wise Tigerfeet says "the only stupid question is the unasked one".
If your income is majority from benefits then you won't have an IPA imposed
That's correct - they don't take CB into account as income because it isn't for you, but your child(ren)

Look after yourself and try not to worry. Ask away with any questions you have
