I recently purchased a house and I now have to get a solicitor. Does anyone know any decent solicitors that are good and good value for money?
Brian Kelly, Ormeau Rd., Belfast will meet your criteria. I have used his firm twice and am more than impressed.

  • I can recommend Hunt & Co in Holywood. Great service - very efficient and helpful and reasonable price. Have used them several times.

Cheapest we found was James J Mcauley in carrick, guy called Andrew somethingorother. My sister has used him a couple of times and we've had a good friendly service.

We used Wilson Nesbitt .. they were not the cheapest (but not that much difference with others). Things went that smoothly I actually had to phone them up to make sure there were no problems.
