Evening all.
Quick question and sorry if its been asked before.
I currently have a £3000 OD with LLoyds.
Having worked out that over the last 6 years ive paid £950 in charges I believe im entitled to have back.
My question is if I submit a claim do they have any grounds on which to get funny with me and force me to repay the OD in full and/or close my account? Obviously I would like the money back but im not yet in a position to pay it all back in one go even though I am steadily.
Many thanks for all advice.

This is why the guide advises setting up a parachute account. I doubt they'd be able to force you to pay the overdraft back in a lump sum.0

hi
the FOS have told banks they cannot do this. if they try any of this you can complain to the FOS who will take appropriate action and may give compensation.
