Need help with capital one!!

Hello,
Newbie here looking for some help! My capital one account was closed about 2 years ago i'm hoping to try & get some of the charges back from them,but have none of my card details...I just contacted capital one to try & retrieve these,but apparantly Im no longer on there system,so they couldnt help! I just dont know how else I could get the info to put the ball in motion & try to get some od my money back!!
