Help-advice needed to get charges back asap!I have tried writing to my bank and explaining I am claiming for immediate refund based on the finacial hardship case but still they will not address the situation, just keep returning standard letters to call the horrid call center in "outta mongolia" :mad: and still not get anywhere with sorting things !!!
Any advice please ?

Please read the section on hardship in Martin's article, you should contact the Financial Ombudsman Service if the bank ignores you.
