National Diploma grants?

Ok, so I know if you are on a higher national diploma you can apply for a grant, but is there anything for students who are only on a BTEC National Diploma?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I believe BTECs are of the same level as A-levels (further education rather than higher education such as degrees). Therefore if you are aged between 16 and 19 you will be eligible for Education Maintenance Allowance (up to £30 a week) dependent on your parents income.
But won't get student loans etc as they are for higher education.0 -
If you are over 19 and this is your first level 3 course then you'll be eligible for the Adult Leaning Grant of up to £30 per week. As MrsManda says, BTEC Nationals are equivalent to A levels and the funding is different from degrees and HNDs.0
