Sunday is traditionally a long run day, so on 1st March Nike is inviting runners to hit the streets of London for the Nike 10 Miler - a 10 mile training run. To ensure as fulfilling a run as possible, physiotherapists and masseuses will be in store at Niketown London post-race. Gait analysis and consultations with podiatrists will also be available.
