Hi not sure if this is in the correct place, if not, i am sorry.
However, I recently made a claim on my Payment Protection Insurance on my credit card, but I was also told by the PPI company (London & Edinburgh) that I would have to continue making the payments to the PPI.
Is this legal, or can I claim this money back, as I feel that having to make payments while unemployed is a bit ridiculous.
Thanks for the help
Paul

Hi Paul
When you say you have recently made a claim, do you mean for sickness or unemployment and so on?
Yes the payments do still come out of the account, however if they do not cover you for some reason then you can complain on them mis selling this to do.
Let us know if you need any help, good luck and hope it all sorts out for you.
