Well the point im trying to make is, Yeah i borrowed money from them , And yeah i want to pay it back, But why should i pay an extra 1400 in charges ? I mean thats like kicking you when your downWannabe DFW NERD: Not fully fledged member yet !

is alot of charges, but i guess it depend how long you went overdrawn/indebt etc.
Unfortunately, its called a business, and its idea is to make money, either by legitmately charging you for going over-drawn or not etc.
Ah well good luck with your quest your original post mentioned nothing of claiming back, was just a 'why me' rant.
