holiday for 4o something singles?

Hi i'm a 44yr old divorced guy looking to venture abroad preferebly sometime May/June on my own for a week.

But its years since i went on holiday on my own (22yrs old 18-30's) so was wondering if anybody could advise where would be suitable and of course cheap. On a budget paying back debts but feel a cheap sunshine break will give me a boost.

Love sun, sand, sea and preferably plenty of other singles to mingle with, don't want to end up in accomodation full to rafters of only families and couples.

What about sports, watching or playing, are you interested in any sports?

You need to post which airports you can leave from, roughly where you would like to go, your max budget..HB or SC ? and also your first and last dates you can leave ...Then let the search begin
    Fancy Greece?
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel
  • yeah i enjoy sports either watching or taking part (anything considered).

I live in the northwest so suppose any northwest airport would be best suited.

Would like to go anywhere sunny, preferebly anywhere in the ned.

My budget in the region of £300 for either SC, HB,AI,,,

Not bothered what time of year, my shifts that i work mean i could in theory have a weeks holiday at any time of year or a fortnights holiday mid August.

I think some where in Europe that is equivalent to the adventure place Queenstown, NZ but by the beach and with activities. Not sure where it is in Europe though! Perhaps a May holiday to http://www.markwarner.com/ or http://www.clubmed.co.uk/cgi-bin/clubmed55/clubmed/index.jsp?PAYS=341&LANG=EN
    These might be overbudget though.

Playa Den Bossa on Ibiza might be suitable, not sure if a bit too family though.
    .
There's always Magaluf on Majorca, but don' think that is what you want
