Our EA has gone into administration and all sales offices are closed. I am very concerened about our keys. I have tried numerous times to speak with the administrator but the response I get from their receptionsit is that he is very busy.
I want my keys now, is there anyway to escalate this to ensure I get my keys. Also concerned about their security given the situation.

I'm not an expert, but the administrators can't hold anything that doesn't belong to teh company in administration by law. Therefore tell the receptionist that the keys do not belong to the EA, and therefore they have no legal right to hold them. Then say you will meet someone at the shop at 3pm on Mon for example so that the keys can be collected and returned to the rightful owner.
As I said I know nothing about this but I wouldn't take no for an answer.Riding out the receession.........0

Write to the administrators requesting the keys be returned. Enclose an SAE and a copy of the receipt you were given when you handed over the keys to the EA. A written request is more likely to be dealt with quickly.0

Just to ease you worries, I work in an EA, and common practice is to number the keys so that if we did have a burgalary or brake in the keys had no addresses or identifying tags, only numbers/codes that correspond to the EA's code/systemTrainee Wakeboarder, Fashion and celebrity devotee!0
