apart from ebay has anyone seen any pink washing up bowls, drainers and cutlery drainers etc i have looked everywhere but cant find any thanks.

Wouldn't it be more economical to have most things white, and accessorize with pink tea towels, pink handwash holders, or in EdinburghLass's case - a pink mobile if you need to splash out? ;)

I saw a great white bathroom suite with black and pink towels etc ... it looked great :)

The Typhoon kitchen stuff is lovely but a bit pricey have you seen them? i am not sure i want to pay those prices in case i get fed up with it,i think i am going to wait until M&S get its storage jars in that are in its new catalogue cos one is pink, one is blue and one is cream and i think they will go better with what i have already got which includes a cream retro kenwood mx275 food mixer and some cream retro scales.

Cream's good :) But bad on the pocket when you want a cream Smeg fridge freezer ;)
  • Oh now spray painting I am good at icon12.gif

Did loads of stuff in my daughter's bedroom with the decorative Christmas silver spray paint which is cheaper including drawer fronts, shelves, blind and lamp shade.

Needs to be a good quality blind though if you are painting, tried it once on a cheap Ikea one which I laid on newspaper. Yes, when I peeled it off the newspaper the print came too icon11.gif

funnily enough it was pink paint I was using

i have done that too i needed a pink mirror to stand on top of my daughters new pink/white drawers so i bought a cheap pine swing mirror and painted it the right pink it looks great, also i bought some pictures which i loved the only thing was the trim on the frame was silver and i wanted gold so i masked em up and sprayed them they were perfect ,the only thing was it took ages to mask em up but at least i got the result i wanted

I tend to go more for a fushia pink than baby pink and when I decorated my sitting room in cream I chose a fushia type paint for the window wall which started my "pink fetish" icon11.gif

Ikea have a nice set of three prints for around £10 at the moment in a fushia pink colour.
