my favourite sweet ones are lemon with sugar, & butter with maple syrup :drool:
but today for lunch I made sweetcorn ones with garlic bread seasoning & home made fajita mix added to the batter instead of plain salt, very tasty

Although it isn't the season for them, a nice strawberry compote is fab! (or blueberry, or blackberry...) Throw them in a pot with a bit of water and sugar and boil until mushy....Mmmmm....put some ice cream or squirty cream on top.....Yummy!Debt at highest 01/01/2008- $79,385.32 :eek:

Howabout dried fruit (raisins, sultanas) soaked in cointreau so they're nice and juicy.
