Right up there for me has to be good ol' sugar and lemon, closely followed by nutella and banana.
Anyone got any other faves?

how do you make pancakes?
Personally I never measure for pancakes - a decent amount of flour, two egg yolks, a sprinkle of sugar, a glug of milk, then whisk until bubbles appear. If I need more liquid I just add a splash of water. I sometimes include a scoop of vanilla flavoured protein powder. This is onviously for sweet pancakes.
Toppings include; sugar and lemon, ice cream dessert toppings (chocolate or toffee), fruit puree (tinned is fine), ice cream and/or maple syrup.0
