Help reclaiming with Bank of Scotland

Hiya,
I'm new to the site and just weighing up my options with reclaiming charges from the Bank of Scotland. Just a few things concern me:
1) Will I need to move all my DD's and S/Orders to another bank first? Or if I wait until they decide to close my account how long will I have to move everything?
2) Can they force me to pay off my overdraft in full immediately?
3) Will it affect the account I have with the Halifax, my BoS credit card and my BoS mortgage?
Thanks in advance!
Nikki

Do you expect them to close your account? They are not allowed to do that under the FSA Waiver on Bank Charges
2) Can they force me to pay off my overdraft in full immediately?
Nope
3) Will it affect the account I have with the Halifax, my BoS credit card and my BoS mortgage?
Nope cos they are separate agreements.
Thanks in advance!
