Cleaning Glasses (pint glasses, wine glasses etc) living in a hard water area

Hi this is my first post on this Forum. I have been a lurker for several months and have benefitted from loads of great ideas from all parts of this forum & hopefully will be able to reciprocate in the future.

I live in a hard water area and I am looking from some tips to help me clean drinking glasses which lose their lustre from being subjected to limescale, just from normal day to day washing. I don't own a dishwasher & any advice on resolving this limescale problem would be gratefully received.

This would be a good question for the Old Style board I suspect, especially the FlyLady crew ... they would probably say a white vinegar solution.
