Most of the quick sale companies get bad reviews here, as you would see if you used the search facility.
The question people always have to ask is: 'If it's this easy, why isn't everyone doing it?'
Caveat emptor.

I tried the site as a buyer, but it didn't have anything for me.
However, I'd possibly give it a shot if my house had been on the market a while at a low price and was still failing to attract a buyer. Like you, I'd want some genuinely independent feedback if possible, but this may be difficult due to the newness of the site.0 -
Apparently this site is necessarily one of those quick sale site, but where you advertise your house yourself, I have been advised that these "quick sale" company is not the best solution as they only offer 70-75% of the value which would not completely cover the mortgage outstanding.
A supposedly independent "The Advisory.co.uk" site advised that Get An Offer maybe more appropriate.
There is a fee of £97 though to advertise your property, and it doesn't guarantee a sale but the apparent feedback was good.
Just wondering if anyone else has heard of them? Stuck at the moment with house I don't live and can't rent out as it needs repairs that I can't afford. Just want to get rid of it now and costing more by the day.
Any advice is much appreciated.0 -
if you want a quick sale then put it on the market at a very cheap price.Riding out the receession.........0

To be fair, this is a private sales website rather than a fly by night "quick cash buying company."
The subject of selling privately has been discussed many times on MSE.
It doesnt sound like a bad idea listing your property with other like minded sellers who need to sell quickly.
In these times, if I was selling a property I'd try and cover as many bases as possible. The estate agent option and the private sale website route at the same time.
Worst case scenario try the auction route rather than the "quick sale company" option.
Good luck!0
