You might consider radiator from a breaker - do a google search for used Honda spares, you'll have offers over the fone, calling in minutes.
& pads, just about any of the spares people, that deliver to local garages/repairers.
But don't forget to ring the Honda dealer, they, like all the brands, have some verrrrry good deals on genuine parts, for older vehicles, too!!

http://www.findapart.co.uk/home.asp is quite good for finding parts like rads, you leave your details and local breakers email with prices,
shop around though, have you got a local radiator specialists in your area that can repair tyour old one cheaper?
As for break pads, same as i said yesterday, your local motor factors will have these on the shelf, front pads should be around £25+vat, don't go for really cheap makes though because they only last five minutes, try ADL or Freodo.
