Hi everyone, I know I should know better but I am about to return some forms to try and reclaim PPI for a FIrst Plus loan I had from 99-2000 that I settled with the equity from my house, they also charged a rather hefty early settlement fee which I had to get a loan out for because of the position I was in at the time. Anyway I cant remember if I had PPI or not and this company is offering the usual no win no fee. I know I should do it myself but I have no account details or anything and don't know where to start. I started reading through the stickys at the top but have given up. Has anyone had any bad experience with Ismart or can I do it on my own? Thanks in advance Len
