Renovate Conservatory - Any Idea?

Hi guys
We have an approx 3m x 3m extension/conservatory that has started to leak quite a bit over the past year. The frame is wooden with a polycarb roof and single glazed windows and three doors (one on the side). I haven't had anyone round to look at it yet but I have a horrible feeling it is kind of beyond a simple roof repair and the missus wants new windows anyway (we had UPVC windows on the rest of the house last year).
Conservatory layout is as follows
Right hand wall is brick all the way down, top to bottom. Left hand wall is brick top to bottom for about a metre long (boiler is housed on here). Door to lean to (housing tumble drier, shelf etc) then window to front of conservatory (dwarf wall). Front of conservatory is dwarf wall with two large windows and two french doors. The windows and doors seals have gone and mould from the leak and condensation grows (it's even on the top of the wooden frame).
First of all - do you think it would be possible to repair the roof and replace the windows and doors? or would it be cheaper to probably get a bespoke designed one and replace. Obviously we have one wall that cannot be changed (next door have a full extension on two floors) and the boiler sits on half the other side.
Just wondering what people think is possible.
