Are you Renting09 on House Crash Forum?
Do you know how many residents are there or is the majority of the building still empty. If it's majority unsold then the management company won't be getting their full income each month and so may not be able to do work. Is the tenancy with the developers or a BTL landlord? If it's the developers then they may sell the property with a tenant in place. I've recently seen a tenants references, full bank details and signed AST with signature in a legal pack for a flat  Gave their bank details, salary, employer etc.
Is NCP car parking included in the tenancy? If not, and you drive a car, then you could find yourself with an extra c£1,600 per year for an annual permit in the car park.0 -
Yes that is me! Just trying to get as much as info as possible before signing up for a flat there. Hmm, I reckon it is mostly empty so that is a good point about the management company's income. I might be safer going for one of the older developments in the area.0
