Abbey Visa Electron Card???? help

Does anyone know if Abbey are due to change their Visa Electron card to the new style such as Barclays Basic account, Halifax Easycash and Lloyds TSB with a Visa Symbol and no electron one?

when did halifax easycash change from electron to Visa Debit?

Abbey still issue Visa Electron and so do Halifax.

Just switch to LTSB or Barclays if you don't like the card that Abbey offered you.
