Lap top screen

I was mortified when a lamp shone on my lap top screen to see how mucky it was, whats the best thing to clean it with please?????
Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.

damp microfibre cloth does it for me, dont press too hard!!0

A damp lint free cloth with water on it should be enough. For greasy marks an alcohol wipe is fine.0

You shouldn't use anything containing Alcohol as it will damage the coatings on the surface of the panel.
Microfibre cloths are good, or you can buy wipes from Curry's for about a fiver that have a cleaning solution in one pouch and a cloth on the other. You get about ten in a packet, I use them, they're fine.
Whatever you chose, make sure you do it when the screen is cool otherwise the heat will leave smear marks0 -
Alcohol wipes are perfectly fine they are not 100% IPA. I use a 50/50 IPA and deionised water mix for cleaning them, it leaves a streak free finish as the water and alcohol evaporate off very quickly.0
