tinned roe - help please

I bought tinned roe for the first time (princes) and there are no instructions on the tin, anyone know what i do with it please?

    ....Crackers (can be ryvita or water biscuits) / Plain Cream Cheese / small spoonful of Roe.....

    One of my personal favourite snacks.....
  • Or you can slice and fry it gently... I used to love this!

    In denmark we eat it on rye bread (sliced to about a half cm slice) with something called remulade and then drizzled with lemon :)
    It's delicious if you ask me and doesn't taste at all of fish :)

  • are they small individual roes or the dreadful stuff you cut into slices??? individual roes are lovey, roll in a little seasoned flour and fry lightly in oil and butter. on hot toast. oh yummmmm!

    You can slice and lightly fry... Or if feeling really unhealthy you can dip them in light batter and deep fry them chip shop style :D
    A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
    Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
