B136(TIB) - Ring any bells?

Hello everyone,
First, apologies for not having been around. We've been playing tag-flu for what seems like 6 weeks, and relying on Dalip for edited highlights of what we've missed. Second, apologies for reappearing with yet another question for the experts, which is based on a letter from the land registry.
Does anyone have any experience of a B136(TIB) "Notice of an application to register a restriction against the land"? Seems our old house (vol repo) has not yet been sold and my trustee (independent, not OR) has lodged an application to register a restriction in the "proprietorship register" for the property. I have approx 2 weeks to contest this (though the letter warns that it is extremely rare for objections to be upheld), whereas Billy (who remains with the OR, being a simple case
) had until, um, last week!
My hope is this is just another perfectly normal stage of the post-BR/vol repo bureaucratic journey. But it would be nice to know for sure. I've read both letters (they are identical) several times and there is nothing in them that indicates our agreeing to shortfalls or any other liabilities. It seems to relate solely to who it is who receives the money when (if!!) the house is sold.
Many thanks for reading. I wish I could put as much back into this board as I have taken out of it.

(good to see you back though.....although the edited highlights sound scary...hope they were clean!!)We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
Thanks both! Phil, the edited highlights were squeaky clean. Why? Is there something I should know? Who's been getting frisky? I saw that thread on bankruptcyhelp but I think the poster there wanted to stay in his/her home. In our case, we left it last May. The wording is incredibly dense but even allowing for legalese, there doesn't seem to be anything implying further liability. I'll encourage Billy to inform his OR and leave it at that.0

Hi LilyBart - I hope the family are recovering! You have put a lot in the forum so don't worry about taking a few days off - shame it wasn't because you were sunning yourself in the Bahamas though - never mind maybe next time!

Thanks FYP. We're all tickety-boo now. Alas, nearest I'll get to the Bahamas for the foreseeable is looking at that beach in your avatar!0
