School fund raising website - help please

Thanks for looking,

We are a PTA group and whilst looking on here for ideas ( some fantastic ones by the way ;0) ) we are looking to vreate a website to show upcoming events, and also to promote a Bonus ball lottery we are hoping to set up, allowing us to post the winning number and name of winner.

Can anyone help me where to begin - does anyone do this already for their school
