MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.:hello:0 -

If you have tesco clubcard points you could use them for pontins, butlins and park resorts in the uk, as well as some hotel groups.I'm in process of booking with clubcard/parkresorts but would prefer a free holiday (wouldn't we all) check out travelodge aswell they have rooms for £19 but have offers on of £9 sometimes, other than that get a tent.0

What about house or pet sitting? Might be a problem with the kids though.0

What about house swaps? I dare say the agency charges something and there may be some other costs - like insurances, but you could check it out if you live somewhere people may want to visit.
If you have or can borrow the gear you could try camping. Very cheap although not exactly free.0
