3 Mobile Broadband

3 have to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to enter into a CONtract with.
I signed up to a 24 month £10 a month mobile broadband contract last March.
Since day 1 I have been barely able to get on the net, and at peak times its impossible. I have called them numerous times and get excuse after excuse as to why im having problems.
Since November I have all but given up and resigned myself to paying £10 for the next 16 months for nothing. I now use T-Mobile broadband via my phone as a modem and its been faultless.
Out of the blue last month I get a DD payment for £76 from 3 and to my horror they are saying I exceeded my 1GB data allowance. Since the dongle is in my cupboard and has not been used since November this is imposable, but they insist I have used it LOL.
I then (After being on the phone to various 3 departments for over 2 hours) request to cancel my contract offering to pay any cancellation fees. I was told this would be actioned and I would get a call back within 48 hours from a manager. Well neither has happened.
I have sent a letter registered post and will contact ofcom if it is not actioned.
My god 3 are the most incompetent company ever and I will never use them again even if their service is free.
And with the best will in the world offshore call centres make my blood boil, they really are !!!!!!.
