On a couple of websites - notably BBC News - I have problems with Flash which gives a message of "A script in this movie is causing Flash Player 10 to run slowly" whenever I try to play any video. Regardless of what you do next the Flash will ultimately run. Anyone had this problem and did they find a solution to it?

What is trying to say is "please don't think that Flash has crashed, it's trying really hard, but you're downloading too much!"
Just bear with it until they can be bothered to replace 10 with 110
