Advice needed please

Hi,

I need some advice as to whether to enter a claim for 'unfair' bank charges. I have worked out that I would be owed £1200 from just the past 2 years, but at times I have been upto £200 over my agreed overdraft limit. I have also been regularly over the limit, although I am in control of this now. I have been with my bank for 20 years and am keen not to change if need be, as my partners account and joint account are also at the same bank. Due to my history in going over the agreed limit, I am not sure whether I should enter a claim. I estimate to have paid about £2000 altogether.

Thanks for your help with this.
