Toots - it was a pilates class but for me it wasnt really 'pure' enough. I think the teacher has a ballet background from some of the exercises. Still better than doing nothing and I ache a bit so worked.

I've just cut the grass back and front, edged it and swept up. The back is like a ploughed field (thanks to the dog) but it's evened it out and it both looks better. It smells lovely, cut grass, on a springlike day.

I'm going to have a sit down now (but not too long or I'll stiffen up).

Oh, and the jeans are dry and I'll hang them up next time I go upstairs. Waiting for the dog to go to sleep before I sneak up there, she tries to follow and her joints say "no" but she does it anyway. Frightens me to death sometimes.

I am glad you have rung, if the receptionist thinks it is urgent then it must be, keep us informed. Can you get a taxi there, safer than driving? even if the car is easy to drive.
