No reply from Lloyds!!!!!!!!!!

Options
Having wrote to Lloyds in January about my loan agreement and any subsequent ppi insurance I may or may not have, I have yet to receive a reply from them and the forty days is almost up. This may be because I gave them a reference number instead of my account number(didn't have account number) however I did send them a cheque for £10 for the relevant information, which they haven't sent back. It seems to me Lloyds are slower than most in dealing with complaints etc, as I had to wait a while for their credit card department to get back to me in comparison to HBOS. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

    Hello there

In regards to a SAR request this is 40 days they have to comply, have you checked your bank account to see if they have debited the £10 if you paid by cheque that is?

And did you post by recorded delivery where the delivery of this can be checked on the royal mail website on "track and trace"?

Also in regards of PPI reclaiming they have 8 weeks as from your letter.

Lloyds with my SAR details, I received these exactly on the 40th day.

It may be a good idea just to check with them as well and if you could let us know we can try to help from there, good luck.;)

(Have sent you a private message) PM. X

Not sure if you tried this , but instead of the SAR route right now you can try by requesting for a copy of the agreement by just sending a £1 postal order or cheque payment, they should supply this to you by 12 days of requesting this, I would continue to do this while waiting for the SAR where other useful information to arrive to you.

And of course you can still continue to complain and reclaim as well if you want to.;)
