Central Heating Gas Check

We are in the processing of making an offer on a repossed bungalow which needs work. As we havent done any property developing before and we are purchasing this property as a home, this is all very new to us. I have started making a list of noticable repairs and one of the things I have come stuck on is that we would obvioulsy have to have some sort of gas check first to see wether there is any problems with the central heating. Would anyone now how much this might cost?
