    I dont want to get too much into details but the purchase price is around 250k and the rent is around 300 pw
  • Personnally; in the current market; I'd stop and look else where; somewhere I'm happy with; it's a buyers market; you aren't 150% happy; then find where you are
  • I would think very carefully about buying a property when all three of your neighbours counld be renting. I live in rented accomodation myself, and we are very carefull about the noise we make, and we treat the flat as our own, and maintain it well, however I have previously lived in a flat that was surrounded by BTL's and full of students, it was a total nightmare, they set off the fire alarm every week, emptied their rubbish in the stairwells, noise and parties every week-end, I was lucky that I could just move out at the end of my contract.
