Europe wide breakdown service, including UK

Another option for European wide breakdown coverage is German firm ADAC.
Their ADACPlus service provides copmprehensive breakdown cover in all EU countries, including UK, and includes repatriation. Good for holidayers and regular booze cruisers.
78 Euros (about £54) with discounts for under 25's, students, disabled etc.
Although I haven't broken down in the UK, a friend who uses ADAC says they sent the AA to provide the service here.
Website is mainly German but the phone lines speak English and there's an english sign up page

For car and/or caravan breakdown cover try https://www.caravanrescue.co.uk . They use RAC and you get the full cover including Home Assist for only £45 for the UK. It's dearer for the UK and Europe cover (£70) but you do get the full RAC support and a copy of the RAC contract is on the website0
