What has your nephew to do with this, was he paying the mortgage.
Has your mother made a will, Whose name is on the deedsmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Obviously something is going on behind the scenes - do you have a family solicitor or perhaps visit CAB
You need to give more details on what happened to the money from the mortgage - if any paperwork was signed between them etc.0 -
You need to post your mother's Statement of Affairs (all income and outgoings, on a monthly basis). How did your mother manage to obtain this mortgage, given her income is just her pension (does she qualify for any state benefits due to her blindness?). Is the nephew a guarantor for the mortgage?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

basically my nephew promised he would pay the mortgage as he was living with her at the time , but he could not be on mortgage as is was a right to buy of council only my mother was on tenancy with them , price @ 59,000 . 70,000 in total was borrowed of mortgage express ..... her will was done same time as mortgage and my nephew was going to get the house .....0

If the house is repossessed, he won't get it anyway.
Eliza73 - How much is the house currently worth? How much is oustanding on the mortgage? Why was an extra £11,000 borrowed on top of the £59,000 purchase price. What is the nephew's view now he knows he won't be getting the house if it gets re-possessed?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
