You very rarely get free child places on all inclusive holidays (they may say child free, but your paying a higher adult price to get the free child)
For spain I would definately book flight and hotel seperately, Cheap Ryanair flight, and hotel through thomson or expedia etc.
For Turkey you would get a cheap package, try thomas cook they were the cheapest when we went last year. We paid just over £500 for 2 adults AI for a week at a 4star (mid may)
    £100 - £10,000
  • These guys have been OK and found us a good deal at the end of May

Yes transfers are very easy to arrange, all the main resorts have coach transfers that are quite cheap. Or you can get a taxi.
Once you have decided where you fancy, go on tripadvisor you can find out about transfers on there. Also check teletext for package holidays to Turkey they can be quite cheap.
