Halifax One Balance Transfer fees

I have a Halifax One card, is it possible to avoid the balance transfer fee or get it capped on balance transfers? I've had it over a year.

Isn't it better to negotiate lower APR on balance transfers? 15.94%/17.95% does not look good ...

With Halifax-1, the capped £50 fee is for each transfer, be aware!

That is the same with most if not all other credit cards!
