Need to let property quickly

For various timing reasons I need to let a property quite quickly (within couple of weeks) for a six month AST.
Property is up to speed, everything is ready to go, LL insurance, gas cert, etc, etc and I am happy to price competitively for a quick let.
Question is, should I sign up with more than one Letting Agent? Will this make them more keen to get a quick let or will it just annoy them and make them lose interest?
