Most of us have collected something at some point in our lives. Why not share your passion by entering our competition to find Britain's quirkiest collections?
The five best entries will each receive £500 and will star in a short online film on the collectors and their collections.
All you have to do is upload a photo of you and your collection and also tell us in 50 words or less how you started your collection and any other facts that you think the judges and viewers would find interesting.
Winners must be prepared to take part in promotional activity and must be available for filming at the location of their collection for one working day between 23rd and 27th March 2009.

All my collections went to car boot 5 years ago retriring here... OMG Stamps.Abums since 1950s.No car boot, Auction. still got seen off. 1950s Dinky single decker buses dozens, Even Chitty chitty Bang Bang. Phlr hope someone got em and enjoyed but hate being ripped off. Records. like you cant believe. bootied Beatles White Album!:mad: ot a clue of its worth. Someone mentioned Brown Sugar to me this week. Multi coloured swap shop, Noel Edmonds, Maggie Philbin and Cheggers FFFFFFFFF. I gave away the 45rpm.
Moral here. Never do a Car boot wiout rersearching ebay priceds first. Yep its a chore but worth the work. xxxxxxxx0 -
I had a lovely collection of picture disc records, many old too only for my dh to put them in the damp garage! I don't know which was more warped...him or the records! :rolleyes:Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0

i dont think it counts but i collected clippings of the beatles from news papers before they got big, watching them grow until they were worldwide, they'll all in a big a1 plastic wallet book thing on top of my wardrobe lolStarted taking part in compys on Feb 23rd 2009...
