Unregister my Ipod

Ive just put a new OS on my laptop. Now when I plug my Ipod in it says that it is registered to another laptop and I cannot use it. What can I do

Thanks - even though ive read all of the tutorials I cannot seem to move my music back onto itunes. I get an error saying that my compuetr cannot read the source file ?Any ideas ??

Try using Yamipod.

Did you back up your iTunes data before you reinstalled the OS? If not, don't plug it into the 'new' laptop (that is how your iPod will see it) and let it synch. because if so you will lose all your music.

Its asking me to downlad .net Framework but when I do another message says my computer's software is not compatable !
