What to do with new charges?

I have some new charges incured since i've sent a reclaiming template letter wich have been put on hold. Do I have any chance reclaiming new charges and how? Do I need to claim it from the start? My financial situation got worse and I would like to reclaim all charges under financial hardship? Can I do that even if my previous claim is on hold? Its just under £300 but it would help a lot. Charges are paid monthly but they normaly taken out by the bank from the childs benefit money which paid into this a/c.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • You can write to the bank including any original paperwork with an updated schedule of charges and ask them to treat your case as financial hardship.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
