Okay, should have known better.

Moved house end of jan, had VM installed as there was no BT line and VM could install all three services.

Went for the 3 for £38 deal, which is 10 meg BB, talk unlimited and all TV channels but no movies & sport.

got bored after the first week and put movies & sport on, was assured it would still be £38 plus £24 for the movies & sport.

Got my first ebill this afternoon, £262!!!

I know its £99 for installation ( we had the V+ box) but im staggered were the rest come from.

You're billed from the date you had the service installed to the date of the bill then the month ahead too. First bills are usually quite large because of this

Your bill should have a full break down on it of what you have been charged, look at the dates on the service charges. Do you have any call packages? Have you been watching any chargable movies, etc etc etc. If you look at your bill closely all will be explained.

a £100 pound of the bill is for V+ installation but i was told this would not apply when i ordered as i was having a bundle? not sure if the sales people were just encouraging me to order!!

Waiting for a email back, if no joy then they can pull it all out, i'm still within my 28 days
