cataloue ppi ??

Hi all,
Just a quickie.... does the PPI claim include cover that you take out on catalogue purchases ie La Redoute, Litlewoods etc ?
You're advice will be much appreciated

And yes.

When did you take out PPI with the catalogue? (Year)?

I am not sure if these were covered/regulated with GISC where the FSA had taken over in Jan 2005, if you were not successful in reclaiming the financial ombudsman service are unable to investigate complaints who are or were not regulated, but I am sure someone will confirm if they were or not then.

But there are always other ways if not successful otherwise, such as the FLA (Financial leasing association) etc.

Write to them with the help of a template letter on the link, and check out the ppi mis selling list in case any of that occurs to you, write them in your letter.

They have 8 weeks to respond in full, please let us know how you get on, even if they were not covered when you first had the PPI, its still worth a try, post by recorded delivery, good luck.;)

(It may also be worth you checking on the success thread as well to see if anyone else has had success with any of these) fingers crossed X

Thankyou, it was first taken out approx 5 yrs ago and is still active . i will now definately send a letter, also does it apply to card protection cover ie CPP. Thanks for youe help i will keep you updated.
