Do you HAVE to buy in London??? Personally (and that is because I live in Medway) I could not bear the thought of paying 200k for a 2 bed house, when you can buy a 4 bed house with an 80ft garden here!! I would rather have the house than the 'prestige' of living in London because it is so close and easy to access.0
